The gang over at Bucknuts.com has put together their annual consensus poll, taking in the data from as many as 14 preseason college football polls and ranking the aggregate. The poll suggests Ohio State & Iowa to the BCS… Here is the link to the entire article.

Here is the ‘prediction’

Rose: Oregon (Pac-10 champion) vs. Boise State (BCS at-large).
Fiesta: Texas (Big 12 champion) vs. Pittsburgh (Big East champion).
Orange: Virginia Tech (ACC champion) vs. Iowa (BCS at-large).
Sugar: Florida (BCS at-large) vs. Nebraska (BCS at-large).
BCS Title–Alabama (SEC champion) vs. Ohio State (Big Ten champion).
Capital One: Wisconsin-Arkansas
Outback: Penn State-LSU
Gator: Michigan State-Georgia
Insight: Northwestern-Missouri
Texas Bowl: Illinois-Colorado
Dallas Football Classic: Purdue-Texas Tech

I can't argue with any of those selections. Although I would love to see Nebraska in the title game, I wouldn't complain about being in the Sugar Bowl.

JMO...but...

Iowa wins the Big10...Boise goes undefeated...Illinois doesn't win 6...OU wins the Big12...OSU wins the Pac10...Purdue winning 6 is unlikely too I think.

Gonna be a wide open season I think. I'd love to see Boise in the Title game. And I think it could happen.

Agree with the latter but disagree with the former, Nebraska has alot of horses returning to Lincoln and knowing that this is their last year in the B12 is a ton of motivation; just as Boise knowing this is their last year the WAC will be huge motivation for them as well to finish undefeated. If they beat VaTech on Labor Day, a perfect season is well within reach and if they are perfect they deserve to play in the BCS title game. That would give them 3 perfect seasons in the last 4 if that's not worthy of a BCS title game I'm not sure what is.

As wide open as the P10 is; with Oregon losing their starting QB I can't see them winning the P10.

Doesn't the B10 have an auto bid for the Pizza(ex GMAC) Bowl if there is a qualifying team or has that ended.
