XMAS MOVIES you like and must try and see at least once.

XMAS MOVIES you like and must try and see at least once.

MY LIST:
1.It's a Wonderful Life....every year!

Then it's how I feel:
National Lampoon Christmas Vacation
A Christmas Carol with George C. Scott
A Christmas Story....and you'll shoot your eye out!
Miracle on 34th Street
Scrooged
Christmas in Connecticut, old but funny

...among others.

I've seen A Christmas Carol with G.C.Scott, great
Miracle on 34th Street
Scrooged....the ONLY Christmas movie that opens with AR rifles and a mini-gun!!

Next up, Christmas Story...and the famous Red Ryder BB gun.

I have three must watch movies

1. A Christmas Story
2. Elf
3. National Lampoon

I always like catching the old Christmas episodes of Home Improvement & 70s Show and other shows like that; those are the best.

It's not a movie but a favorite holiday staple:

Merry Christmas Charlie Brown.
The Grinch that Stole Christmas- one of Jim Carrey's best portrayals. He hasn't done much lately

Bad Santa and Elf. A lot of Christmas movies are recycled garbage these days. A Christmas Story was a favorite until I watched it for 100th time. If I'm not mistaken, they start airing it around Thanksgiving now.

Great choices.

Carrey's version is a really good version of the movie, but something about it creeps me out. Plus I love cartoons, so I'd rather sit down and watch that.

Gotta throw Frosty in there too now that I think about it, even though I usually watch that around Thanksgiving - for whatever reason.

24 hr marathon of it just started on TBS tonight too. I still love it.

I nearly bought the lamp this year for my dad, but I knew if I bought it I would end up keeping it.

Well after being bombarded with Christmas ads and movies they're gone.

Kinda' strange feeling.

Now just New Year's Eve and the OHIO New Year's Raffle drawing, and they are never going to sellout, I've had a pretty lucky 2012.
